Define/Clarify

We start work with a brief intake which takes into account what you know, what we’ve learned from you and what your audience thinks about your brand. We'll also work to clarify project scope and together define what success looks like. Finally we’ll introduce you to your project team, define meeting schedules and introduce you to our client extranet which keeps you informed and up-to-speed on our progress.

Plan/Design

For us, this is where the fun starts. Once a clear definition is set, we identify a clear plan of action before any campaign or program is launched. Throughout the design process we make sure to create early stage prototypes (whether website or content) for you to review and input on to make sure things we’re getting it right. This is also the stage where we look at all discussed marketing and digital PR initiatives to set the stage for the best possible outcome.

Make/Build

Whether redesigning a website, producing a video podcast, creating a motion design project, developing a broadband channel or social networking community we pride ourselves on the ability to create the structure necessary to execute realistic (sometimes unrealistic) plans of action backed with the necessary foundation to make that plan real. It’s also at this stage is where we consider content needs, production concerns and other digital marketing tactics that will be needed to bring your project to successful completion.

Test/Measure

For you, this is where the fun starts. As things become real and sketches become working prototypes, we are actively gauging, testing and substantiating our (meaning yours+ours) collective thinking. During this initial realization stage it’s all about focusing on what we’re making, why we’re making it and what who we’re making it for thinks about it. Capturing and integrating the feedback we receive is the key takeaway from this stage of development.

Launch/Track

At this stage things get really real. Taking what we’ve learned from you (see step 1), from your target audience (step 4) and from our own experience to go live to the world. Although live, if it’s one thing we learned live does not always = perfect so we’re there to make sure it is if something goes outside our planned intentions.

Manage/Maintain

How will I be found online? Who will update my content? How often should I refresh content? As you know, once things are live certainly does not mean that's when the work stops.
